Why We Host Frontiers
Frontiers is Phase Capital's annual summit. After hosting 25+ events across North America, this has become our flagship conference: two days that bring together executives, founders, early stage entrepreneurs, scientists, and investors to discuss what's coming in the next year and to create business outcomes on the foundation of authentic relationships.
We designed Frontiers as a deal making platform. Historically, attendees have left with hires made, partnerships formed, and investments underway.
Studies show that being in the present of art and music leads to creativity, so we bring in opera, live music, Nashville hot chicken, microgreens, and wine tastings to inspire creativity and connection against the backdrop of deep science and biotech.

The conference has grown from 150 attendees in year one to a cap of 250. We keep it intentionally small. Every structural decision, from roundtables to an invitation-only VIP reception, exists to create the conditions for real relationships and real business.
